Are we in Negative Ego?
We have learned that one favored technique of cults is the use of what is
called "loaded language". This is the use of words or terms which have a different
meaning or shades of meaning than that which is generally accepted (by the "Consensus Reality").
Negative ego is one of those terms which is used by C/S not only because it
makes for interesting tapes and seminars, but because it is also a great
mechanism by which to control and manipulate.
Since we are taught by the Entity that negative ego is our greatest enemy,
that part of us which seeks only to destroy us, the declaration that one is
in negative ego has far reaching impact for those of us who are versed in
the Lazaris definition.
We have found over the years that many "friends" respond to it and use it
in a knee jerk fashion. Once someone is deemed to be "in negative ego" they
are not "safe" to others or themselves. Those in negative ego cannot trust
themselves or their thoughts. By judging someone to be "in negative ego"
therefore, we can not only completely discount them, but we should run for
the hills.
We do not discount the role of the ego, or even the definition that Jach via
Lazaris gives to it.
What we do discount is the right or ability of ANYONE to impose a judgement
on another whether or not they are in that state. All things considered, it
now seems to us that that is a very "negative ego" thing to do, given that
arrogance is a characteristic of negative ego.
So, of course we will be declared to be in negative ego by those who wish to
discredit us.
But, don't forget, Lazaris promised to love us forever and a day, as long
as there is light, they have promised to love us, just the same as they have
promised to love you too. We don't advise you to count on it. Instead we
would suggest that you take some time to identify the real love and support
which is available for free, you don't even have to ask, it's right there
and always has been. No charge. It is that free and accessible love which
we now know we attributed to Lazaris, because that is how Jach planned it,
and we fell for it. We know better now, and so can you.
