Hi Susan,

Thanks for the kind words.

To set expectations, most of the 24 pages will probably be legal nonsense. It will not contain a list of assets except for those that are specifically requested to be distributed to a specific individual.

I don't know whether the specific details and dollar amounts associated with the estates are made public. Does anyone know? I know the process may take up to a couple of years, although it usually takes under a year unless there are complications caused with complicated holdings.

Cheers, Craig

That's what I expect too.

Probably just what is in the will. But the executor files an accounting with the court at the end of probate. That would include an inventory of assets/property and the distribution. Don't know if this is public information, but I would guess it is.

From what I've seen, if the will is very clear and specific, and the executor performs his/her functions in a timely manner, probate could be less than six months (probably depends on locale too). Otherwise it could go on for a couple of years.

Hi Jade and All,

First, an update on the reports. The wills did not go out yesterday. I talked a person at the probate office who said they should hopefully go out today, but possibly tomorrow.

I also checked on the medical examiner's reports. They both still have not been released.

Jade, I asked the probate office about the court accountings and was told that they are not public in that jurisdiction. You or someone else might want to double check in case this person misunderstood me or was misinformed.

Cheers, Craig

Hi All,

Another update on the wills. My tracking information says it was deposited at the Florida post office at 9:41 PM on Wednesday night. I checked with the local post office who confirmed that I won't receive it until Friday. Stay tuned!

Cheers, Craig

Hi All,

The police reports, as well as Craig's comments about the Healing Broken Alliances tape are now on the Lazaris: Friend or Fraud section at http://www.cosmicfool.com/lazaris

You won't need to search the Bulletin Board for the descrepancies

Cheers, Ted

Hi All,

I talked to the medical examiner's office today to get a status on Peny's autopsy report availability. The examiner dictated the report and it was transcribed about a month ago. She then went on medical leave for a number of weeks but has returned this week. She has a backlog of work and should give the final approval within an estimated two weeks.

Cheers, Craig

Hi Craig,

Thanks for letting us know. Have you noticed how many times we've been told "two more weeks?".

Hi Katie,

I've been told the two week thing twice. When T.M. told me that again today, I confronted him about that. That's when he gave me the story of the M.E. having just had surgery. He had also told me earlier that the M.E. in charge of Michaell's autopsy had a death in the family. I'm pretty sure he was shooting straight with me. We'll see!

Cheers, Craig
