Your letter condoning Michael's suicide is completely irresponsible. You are playing with people's lives here Jach. Do you understand how much power you wield because people trust you? Do you care that you could potentially drive people to killing themselves by endorsing the concept that Michael was above the law in this?

It is even more horrific that you ask us to understand. Understand what? That you are above being questioned? Well I don't buy into that. I am asking you directly. What REALLY happened to Peny?

The fact that the email came from the concept synergy mail box indicates to me that it was not send out by Jach himself.

Evidently his handlers are writing and sending his messages. I don't know if that is anything new, but in the past, Jach's mails came directly from him, not the con:sin address.

God only knows what Jach is thinking.

I would suggest that the power now lies with the handlers. God help us all.

You ask who we are to judge this suicide.

That question scares me. It indicates to me that you have the thought that under certain circumstances you are not entitled to have thoughts and feelings, or to form opinions.

That is exactly how Jach would like to be able to manipulate us all to respond. He would like us all to go crawl back under our rocks and never utter a sound unless it's some form of accolade and support for the absolute brilliance of everything he or Con:Sin does. Jach allows us to form and voice opinions as long as they are in support and admiration of him.

I'll tell you who I am to form a judgement about this. I am a citizen of this country where suicide and assisted suicide is a crime. I didn't write those laws myself, but I do intend to live by and respect the laws of this country.

I am a spiritual being, with a respect for the wondrous gift of life, and the opportunity is provides to learn, grow, and be joyful. I have feelings, and hearing that someone topped themselves came as a huge shock to me. It has cast a pall over my day today, and most of yesterday. I find this all to be very upsetting.

As a person with a brain, I am able to read Jach's post and see that he is advocating and deifying suicide. Jach has some strange concepts of what and who deserve respect. I'm not above taking this opportunity to point that out, or to express my concerns for others.

Also, Michaell's suicide was hardly private.
I'm quite certain that Con:Sin would have liked to keep it that way, but I believe they figured out pretty quickly that cat wasn't staying in any bag. Hence the untimely and irresponsible email sent only to "special" people.

BTW, anyone here who is on the mailing list who DIDNT get this "special edition" email?

Also Richard, per usual, and no offense intended, for the millionth time a Jach/Con:Sin supporter posts a question here which really has little if anything to do with the discussion at hand.

The big issue here isn't Michaell's suicide, although it certainly is noteworty, but it is Jach's handling of the news.

No matter which way you twist and turn it, news of Michaell's choice would be a cause for some thoughts as to his state of mind, and state of spiritual enlightenment. We all have more than a right, we have an obligation to think about that. Michaell has been spoon fed to us for years by Lazaris, Jach, and Peny as being a phenomenal magician and spiritual icon. We have every right to examine the way he chose to die. Yes sir, we surely do!

Had the news been provided in a timely, factual, respectful manner, I suspect that most of that questioning would have been done privately once the initial flood of commentary burned itself out. That would be right and appropriate.

Given the failure of any of those conditions to be met, and the explosive and provocative nature of Jach's ill-timed email, I suspect that those worms will be hard to put back in the can for some time to come.

Richard, I want to know EVERYTHING about Con:Sin. They have taken it upon themselves to meddle in my life, with my soul, my relationships, my subconscious, and my check book so turn around is fair play.

You take a romp through my most private and precious places, you'd better be ready for me to repay the visit.

Richard, in writing my letter to Jach I am not speaking about Michael's 'right' to take his life. I am concerned that Jach is glorifying it.

That's what concerns me. Richard, you could imagine that this person had a lot of support but what about all of those followers out there who only have Jach, Peny and Mike to hold on to? There are people out there who have formed their entire belief system on C/S. Not just Lazaris but the people around them. They look to the Orlando gang as mentors. People to look up to. Where does this letter leave them emotionally?

I agree with Katie that the bigger issue is how Jach has handled it. As per usual with C:S, people are not given facts, but a directive: Here is what happened (kinda) and this is how you are to feel about it.

What makes it more insideous is the fact the the Con:Sinners have purposely and consistently created a myth about themselves - that the way they do things is the right, moral, adult way. I have never seen one of them admit to making a mistake. When Peny assassinates someone's character, she's being vulnerable. When a gang of Gangsters relentlessly beat someone into the ground, they're being loving. When Michaell takes the cowardly road, he is being courageous. And we're all meant to honor this behavior.

Richard, you ask who are we to judge. Jach's spin is also a judgment. He didn't simply present the facts so that others can respond in their own way, according to their own conscience. He dictated how we should respond - as usual.

He and the other Gangsters have set themselves up to supplant the will and conscience of the followers, uh, I mean friends. So Jach's diefication of Michaell's suicide could have a powerful effect on people who look to him for guidance. People would do well to not look to these losers for guidance, but Jach and company set it up that way and seem hell-bent on perpetuating it no matter what the consequences.

Yes I created the reality of being able to speak my mind without someone shutting me down. As opposed the other reality on the C/S forum where I was told that I 'Insulted Lazaris' by stating that Lazaris was here to enjoy us and we enjoy them. They were here to build a relationship to us and we to each other.

So far, no response from Jach. Of course, that in itself is a response. My concerns and questions are of no concern to him. I suppose they are an invasion of his very special privacy.

I think it's a great idea for anyone to write to Jach about questions, frustrations, anger, whatever.

One thing that strikes me about Jach is the difference between his public image, and the actual reality of his behavior toward others.

I still have saved the email he wrote me in response to my comment on the "guestbook" on the L site. I asked him how he sleeps at night.

His response was to punish me by taking away all my "privileges" to be on the standing list or use my credit card. Jeeezzzusss!!

My experiences with Jach show me a very petty and punishing bit of slime, and the accounts I have heard about his participation in the very nasty contempt orgies down there in the Magical Queendom don't show me anything different. Jach is a true chameleon IMO.

Anyway, hope springs eternal, I'll keep you posted should I receive a reply from the Hallows of Privacy.

I expect I will eventually, because I intend to continue asking until I do, even if my request needs to come as a more "official" one.
